Little Broncos

We took the kids to meet some of the Bronco players and get some autographs. My kids, especially Tren love the Bronco FB players. Tren wore his Kellen Moore jersey and got lucky that Kellen was actually there! This was a very exciting day for Tren!

This was a fun night and the kids had a blast!

Ok, so like my BFF Jamie said. "like, I want to throw you a totally rad 80's Birthday party." And I'm all, "Oh... my... gosh, that is like so totally cool." And then she's all, "Tubular! You're turning 40." And I'm all, "Whatever!"

And then my other BFF April is all, "Like I can't come, and I'm so TOTALLY bummin" And I'm all, "Like it's ok girlfriend" (thinking to myself, "Like this totally stinks."

And then Mark is all, "lets go to Gino's(an AWESOME Italian restaurant) for your birthday". And I'm all, "Stellar"!!!

And then when we get there I'm all, "why are there 6 chairs at our table?" And Mark is like, "Whoa, dude, like I don't know" And then I'm all, "Who else is coming???"

And in walks April, Bruce, Jamie, and Darin!!!! And I'm all, "No Way!"

So cool! What a GREAT 40th Birthday suprise! You guys are the best!!!! I couldn't ask for a better husband and friends !!!! Thank you guys for making 40 seem "Like totally tubular!!!"

....And then we Par-tay-ed like it was the 1980's....

I didn't get too many pictures on my camera......there were so many fun, awesome friends there!!! If anyone has any pictures, I would love them on a CD!!!

Bon Jovi for my 40th Birthday...in Vegas!

My friend Staci, her husband Nate, Mark, and I all went to Las Vegas to celebrate Staci and I's 40th birthdays! Thanks for the fun trip Staci!!!!

M&M world where all candy is $12.99/pound! Ouch!

Hard Rock Cafe was sponsoring Bon Jovi and had all the JBJ shirts out! HEAVEN!!

This was at an outdoor stage. The band was called "Boogie Wonder" the lead singer was named Jiffy POP! They sang 70's music and were hysterical! We really enjoyed the people watching while we jammed to Boogie Wonder!

There were SO many weird people trying to make money. We saw Yoda, a storm trooper, a blue man, a green army man, every color angel with big wings, Oh, and of course, ELVIS!

All the kids were worn out after the race!

This is our 4th year doing the Basic 5 Fun Run! They have a kids 1 mile race, and the kids all love to run this! We woke up Saturday morning and it was "Blizzard like" conditions outside. The snow was coming down sideways! "Uh oh" was my first thought.....then I decided that we would run snow or shine! (and when I say we, I mean them)

By the time we got to the race, the snow had stopped and the sun was starting to shine! It was still chuggin cold, but we bundled up the kids and told them to run fast!

Tren got 2nd place last year and really wanted to win this year. He got 2nd again! The boy who beat him was the same one who won last year! He is 14, and a great runner. We were so proud of Tren for coming in 2nd in the whole race!!! His time was 7 min. 12 sec. Not bad for a 10 yr. old!!!

The other kids did great too. Ryann ran with Bailey, and Cooper was not too far behind them. Mark ran to make sure no-one got lost.(what a good daddy)! A little boy in our ward ran for the first time, so Mark was the designated "in charge" for the little ones.

It was a great day! The kids all feel so proud of themselves for accomplishing this feat of running a mile! I love it that they are getting exercise and learning to love being active!
